Pros
- Co-Workers - Occasionally got a gift-card - Got on a name basis with some of the tradies -Team BBQs -Free xmas ham - Random box of crap at the end of the year (Just products they couldn't sell to save themselves) Sometimes someone got something worth keeping.
Cons
-MANAGEMENT: They were the worst! They really don't care about you unless you're apart of management itself. -Never had enough staff and refused to add more to the trade department even though we had desperately needed it. Running us employees to the ground for little to no recognition. -We had 2 separate buildings they tried pushing this "We're one team" Bs. The main store and Trade department always seemed to be bashing one another.
