Pros

High salary-but thats just to lure in more employees

Cons

Do not get fooled by the positive reviews which are mostly written by the content writers of the company itself. If you are a proactive person and seek a work environment to build a good career, this is not the place for you. Freshers please be aware. The company recruited many freshers from colleges who got good placement offers other than this and just fired them without believable reasons. This is not all acceptable because not only did the company take away their alternative options ,but also had the nerve to drop them in a middle of nowhere. And the reasons what they state for these terminations are absolute rubbish and they mistake people for idiots who believe those stupid things they say. They fire people with good talents and performance and keep ones with a low profile.I guess they need people who would desperately stay there no matter what. There is no growth in this company for a professional. You would be stuck to one position with no rising up in levels. Think twice before joining such company to avoid jeopardising your future.

Pros

There is only 1 Pro about the company. The product is actually great.

Cons

Everything other than the product is a con. The culture is untrusting, controlling, and by all means terrible. The CMO runs the sales org and has no idea of managing sales. She has no experience with Sales and I have watched multiple people come and go. Some resigned, some fired, and rehired, then fired again. She is what is holding the company back from a selling perspective. The CMO only runs off emotion and disregards any feedback given. She comes in everyday with an “you owe me” look. Not pleasant or respectful. Also CEO is married to CMO so she is free to do as she pleases. CEO is respectful though, always coming in with a smile and talking to his employees with respect. It’s an in office role. Was forced to clock out every-time you have to use bathroom. If you are not in the office for atleast 8 hours everyday you get pinged , not paid your full salary, and can face consequences.
