The company expects their employees to be grateful for the resources they provide, such as PCs and laptops. They'll make you feel guilty about taking leaves, micromanage your work, and speak to you disrespectfully if you have any concerns or questions. All the managers, especially the marketing business head, are highly incompetent, and if you are somebody who actually has the relevant qualifications and experience, you will be fired. Because anybody who actually has experience in their relevant fields will question their way of working and they do not appreciate employees who question them. Employees do not have a voice or any control over projects assigned to them, as everything is micro-managed. There is no scope for learning if there are any issues with the food provided, employees are expected to adjust and not complain. This workplace may be suitable for those who live near their Kochi/Chennai office, only have personal goals and no professional goals, and are comfortable with pleasing their employers. Do not spend your time and money relocating to a new city leaving your friends and family behind and spending half of your salary on travel and accommodation to be treated like garbage. Mitsogo is not worth it. Please note that the positive reviews you may come across about Mitsogo are not an accurate reflection of the company, as they are posted by their PR team. Pros

There is only 1 Pro about the company. The product is actually great.

Cons

Everything other than the product is a con. The culture is untrusting, controlling, and by all means terrible. The CMO runs the sales org and has no idea of managing sales. She has no experience with Sales and I have watched multiple people come and go. Some resigned, some fired, and rehired, then fired again. She is what is holding the company back from a selling perspective. The CMO only runs off emotion and disregards any feedback given. She comes in everyday with an “you owe me” look. Not pleasant or respectful. Also CEO is married to CMO so she is free to do as she pleases. CEO is respectful though, always coming in with a smile and talking to his employees with respect. It’s an in office role. Was forced to clock out every-time you have to use bathroom. If you are not in the office for atleast 8 hours everyday you get pinged , not paid your full salary, and can face consequences.
