Disorganized, the technicians did not listen to data entry, nor were they properly trained in filling out paperwork. Everyone did their own thing, and most of my night was filled with arguing with inspectors that didn't know how to do their jobs. The training was abysmal, the management disorganized, and they did layoffs at the worst possible time. I didn't even know my own chain of command.
