Absolutely nothing and nothing at all

Horrible Pay, Absolutely no training or direction. No one in the company knows how to do anything but they expect you to know it and do it. The turn over is outrageous and the inter company procedures are simply ridiculous. Unless you are Japanese and from the Mitsui Soko family which then you walk on water, you are nothing to them. STAY FAR AWAY, BUT IF YOU SHOULD GET CLOSE, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION.
