Miu Miu has an extremely high turnover of staff not to mention awful management, who has favourites. Managers have no experience and know nothing about being a leader or what working in a luxury environment is. Miu Miu has not been performing for some time now, the quality of their product seems to be getting worse, there’s no creativity, just a repeat and recycle of the famous matelasse bag in different colours, which doesn’t represent luxury but more of an Italian supermarket, no wonder the company never achieves target. Your job is to be on the shop floor, sell and bombard clients with interactions that consist of endless phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails. If you do not sell then managers will start to pick on you.
