Pros

If you're a teenager it's a good entry level job for part - time not full time - Pretty simple job it's easy and also the pay is steady not bad or not good just don't expect a lot because of taxes as well. Pays weekly aswell those who're looking for quick cash. The shifts are flexible and tips are good as well depending on the days and the area as well because you can see that the area you're order to deliver tips differently. Just don't expect a tip that's 10+. It's commissioned base so the more deliveries you do the more money you make.

Cons

- Wear and tear on your car ( a fellow coworker who's had 3 cars in one year because of this job) - I had to go to the mechanic overall during my time working here was 20 times because tear on your car. Plus you're most likely going to get towed during this job because I got towed twice and it's not fun constantly paying 130 everytime. I notice that this is not a job if you're looking for a future with this company because I know a lot of coworkers who has been driving for them for 3years+ and still are drivers not advancement. This is not a job for your future and if you're looking to have " progress" with them then goodluck. For a teenager this is just a job for you guys to gain experince other than this is not a long -term job for them because what I notice is something that's not right. Mixmenu is full of nice people and with a mission to make money and wants everyone to succeed. Although from what I've notice is they don't tend to understand the coworkers situation. For I know some driver who used to work as well who was a freshman in college they had school and all that. The days they tried to call off for his college activities which is much important for his future and more important this job. They wouldn't allow or if they did give him the days off they would be frustrated with the driver. Personally I didn;t like it because they need to know that the drivers has far important things to do than working here. One thing that bothers me is that the gas reimbursment is part of the commission. In other words is that on the check you're only making your earnings off tips. So they really guranteed '" gas reimbursment". It could get boring at sometimes but it's not bad.

Pros

I worked delivery for about half a year while I was teaching part time. The people at this company are pretty accommodating to their employee's schedule at other jobs. They just expect in return once in awhile you can pick up a shift if something happens with another driver. The pay is commission based (per delivery plus tip) not hourly. When I would cover an extra Friday they usually only ask for the busy hours 5-8 and if it wasn't too busy would cut you early. If you wanted to stay on they were fine with that as well. During the busy eating hours there were usually plenty of deliveries available and the people coordinating where to go at the office are pretty good about keeping the driving to a minimum.

Cons

Sometimes you get to restaurants and the food is nowhere near ready then you are stuck just standing in people's way sometimes in a cramped place waiting on an order, most places have room for you to wait but the ones that didn't were always annoying. Day to day the money you make fluctuates, but over a longer period of time you can expect a rather steady amount.
