Pros
A small company with potential to grow in many aspects. They choose to be money hungry and underpay all workers in stores and in office and do not look at long term growth for the company as much as short term gains in sales.
Cons
Bosses are racist and sexist. Owner smokes cigars all throughout the office. The shoes are made VERY poorly. Production of shoes is abroad and they cut corners in every way possible to make costs as cheap as possible. The product looks good but is worth nothing and the company strives to look like a 'good natured' business but in reality treats their employees poorly.
