The organization is frequently understaffed, resulting in employees taking on multiple responsibilities beyond their original job scope without corresponding compensation. In some cases, roles have expanded significantly beyond their original purpose, with increased responsibilities added despite no meaningful adjustment in title, pay, or career progression opportunities. Communication from management can be inconsistent, leading to misunderstandings and confusion. The culture is largely top-down, with limited opportunities for employee input. Overall, workload expectations, lack of advancement opportunities, and communication challenges contribute to employee dissatisfaction and turnover.
