Pros

Good training program and you can work from home if you want.

Cons

-No support from management. If you have an issue and need help, they will ignore you unless it has to do with money. Then they respond in seconds otherwise, you are on your own. - No work-life balance. There are people who work from 6 am to 5:30 pm (or more) and it is expected to at least work from 7:30 to 5:30 with an hour lunch break. You are required to work 5 weekends a quarter and need to have someone cover for you if you cannot work. Oftentimes, you end up venmoing or paying your coworkers on the side to cover your shift. -You are treated poorly. There is one Business Development representative in particular who will treat you poorly and will talk down to you. Multiple people have brought up how inappropriate and unprofessional the behavior is and nothing is done about it. People overall will treat you poorly and get away with it. -Frat Culture. -HR does not do anything. They are there to protect the company. -Other carrier sales representatives will walk all over you, not care about operating procedures, and do whatever it takes to get to the top. People steal loads from you and don't care. They will do whatever it takes to be at the top and do not care about the "values" of the company. Highly unethical things are done to make money. - They are always looking for someone to blame, never working together to solve issues. - You are constantly pressured to hit KPIs throughout the day. You get anywhere from 3-5 messages per day about how you are doing and you are always expected to do more. If something doesn't get covered, expect to get a message from your manager asking you why it wasn't covered and passive-aggressive messages sent to the "team"

Pros

MoLo is a fun place to work with a young, energetic team and a lot of motivation built into the culture. There’s a strong learning environment, especially for people early in their careers, and you gain hands-on exposure to the logistics industry very quickly. That said, the team is largely made up of people straight out of college who are still figuring out what they want long-term. Because of that, expectations can be high, hours can be demanding, and it can take time to realize whether compensation truly matches the effort being put in. While sales offers high earning potential and uncapped commission in theory, the current logistics market makes that more challenging right now. Overall, it’s still a solid company where you can learn a lot, build resilience, and develop strong industry knowledge. For many, it serves as a valuable stepping stone and foundation for future opportunities.

Cons

Favoritism can exist in some environments. When someone is strong-willed, outspoken, or brings their own ideas to the table, it can sometimes be perceived as a challenge rather than initiative. That dynamic can affect how support, opportunities, or leads are distributed. In many cases, access to leads or opportunities may be influenced by perceived performance, alignment with leadership, or assumptions about long-term commitment. When those factors aren’t in someone’s favor, it can limit visibility and opportunity — which directly impacts results.
