Executive Team has very poor skills to manage people and to do their jobs, there are more capable people in the company, but they have CEO's trust. Turnover rate is very high! specially if you want to be a project manager, they don't last more than a few months and then leave because of the disastrous way that this company has to take project, selling things that don't exist, gave delivery dates to clients that can't meet, they just want to fill their pockets with money and don't care about the clients at all. Really smart people have left the company and the ones remaining are just there because they have a monthly salary to count on.
Also, i would like to agree in everything that someone said in this site about the CEO and other members of the Executive Team, they like to yell, threat with firing you, and to be aggressive and disrespectful.
