Laid-back managers, but revenue concerns linger - (Prefer Not to Say) MobileFuse Employee Review

Company is super suspicious about revenue and gives bs revenue updates saying stuff such as “record breaking goal” “best year yet”, and then continuously revokes our bonus every year for being “close to a goal, but not fully there yet”. No real opportunities for growth within roles or company as a whole. Everyone is underpaid. Laid off half of our company, many of which were loyal long time employees, to prioritize outsourced employees to keep cost down.
