Pros
I have been working with Mobiloitte's HR Department for more than three years and have seen this organization grow across various departments. It has been a rewarding experience hiring joining the ranks for very niche technology positions and onboarding new workforce. Management supports new ideas and they keep improving HR processes, making it an environment for nurturing one's professional and personal growth. We enjoy a collaborative, transparent work culture. Great location close to Govindpuri/Sarita Vihar metro; employees have an easy commute.
Cons
The main sticking point remains the implementation and results of our internship programs. Internally, Mobiloitte is also a training ground; expectations are oftentimes set too high right from the start. While in plenty of cases, many interns gain far and wide from it and end up converting to full-time employment, there is usually a whole lot of candidates who cannot make the cut and record negative feedback repeatedly as a pattern. These negativists are the ones who indulge in unfair critiques that highlight the slightest little shortcomings and ignore the value of what they were taught. It would seem that some interns expected to be on top of their game immediately but could not muster to adjust to the corporate culture so fast and, in turn, turned their negative feedback into a loud voice against those few who had a fabulous time here, making the process seem a much bigger problem than it is.
