Pros

No idea, as I never worked here and will not work anytime in future as the interview experience was so unprofessional

Wanted to give negative rating, but Mobinius people be happy with my 1 star rating. I will say everything based on my interview experience. 1. Initial was the telephonic round for 30 mins, got cleared in that 2. After 2 days F2F round of attitude round for about 1 hour 3. Next day Skype round with their Netherland client 4. Next day F2F round with CEO of the company and I cleared that too Here comes the twist... On CEO round day which was Friday I have been told by the company HR that he will be sending offer letter by 3PM. I did not get any offer letter on that day. I called several times then for next 12 days. On an average 6-7 times per day but the HR did not pick the call even once and did not give a call back too. So unprofessional. Don't even have the courtesy to call back and respond. So on anger and frustration I deleted the HR contact on the 13th day from my mobile so to avoid calling him. Suddenly on 18th day I got a call saying there will be one more round of technical round for different project this time and it will be directly with the client. I said ok. So this time it was Skype round of 50 mins on weekend, got cleared in that too.. again on Monday there was another Skype round for 47 mins and I cleared in that too... After that clients were happy and HR was happy as well and there were some issues with my release date in my current company, so I told I will be joining 1 lweek late with the date what was FIXED ON CALL. Ok here comes the twist again, HR confidently told he will release the offer this time same as said in the first time. I was very happy, atleast after so many rounds they thought I'm capable of it. But but but guys the HR didn't pick the call again this time. I called multiple times on the day when he promised to release offer but no response atleast. During setting up the interview HR used to pick call in seconds and respond but the same is not true during offer letter period. Both the times he set the expectation so high about the offer and I was like eagerly waiting for it. But when the same incident related again I got totally frustrated and angry and I lost my patience this time. So my advice to readers is don't expect high from this company until you get to see the outcome, in my case it was offer letter. Never trust HR with their words, they say we are celebrating like a family here, don't know of its true. The second time why I called many times because of the long vacation from the next coming days and I don't want to tell to the first company at the end moment that I have accepted offer from another company. I had the joining date fixed in one company and the second time incident was 14 days before and offer letter day was 9 days before. I finally decided not to accept offer even I get it, because of experience what I faced twice. So I'm thinking now whatever HR said was true or not.. Don't wanna take HR name, don't want to post anyone's name publically. I don't if he was not good or the managment but I did not like him on not responding when he told he will the release offer letter.

Looking at the review that this person has given here, we as a responsible organization, have wished to write our feedback on this. First and foremost, he was never an employee of our company. If a person has never been associated before, how can someone write or review the company as – Former Employee? With the culture that we have at work here, such reviews are meant for tarnishing the company’s image. Within the clearing of 1st round, nobody can be guaranteed any sure shot success about any organization at any given point of time. Before joining any organization, how can anyone evaluate the company? Based on which characteristics? Sorry to mention that, this concerned person should have been a part of an organization to understand its core work ethics. Also, while taking the interview, we see the potential which is definitely a core component! Also, the point to mention here is that this person, has been never interviewed by the top notch management. He had not cleared the interview round, which means he wasn’t shortlisted ever! So, hope the picture is clear here. The review written here is in line with the frustration & irritation of not being selected or shortlisted. Glass door being a professional forum with all due respect, this person has actually gone ahead and vented out the entire frustration here by using “sarcasm” as language here, which we feel should have been within the limits. Crossing the ethical guidelines, even while addressing people or companies should be kept in mind, as it portrays the character and the attitude of the person. Knowing the way we work and cherish it, this becomes equally important for all of us to foster an equally happy habitat amidst our work.

Pros

I joined this company when i felt i could program okay and wanted a decent company where i could groom my career, I dint want to join a big company as my learning will be limited. I am glad that i choose this company. I took a chance and i was not wrong , I am glad that I made this choice. 1) The company works on the latest tech stack , this is advantage for any developer as skills will be latest and greatest. 2) every year they add good customer base with challenging projects. Gives us ample opportunity 3) its not a huge organisation , there is alway opportunity to discuss with any one in the organisation from management to a developer. There is personal touch and individual attention is something you cant ignore 4) I joined from a PHP background, but i groomed my self a a full stack tech lead in 3 years time 5) I enjoyed hackathons and coding challenges in the organisation, open office /agile culture keeps us moving 6) i could travel onsite couple of times for some exiting project

Cons

I was a stressed a couple of times on schedules and had to spend couple of weekends in office. but i guess this is true in any IT company When i joined the infra was not great, but they have a great office now I had to move as i got an offer twice of what i was earning, i could not continue there
