You will get to work on various projects, work from home facilities. Salary gets on time. No appreciation from seniors.
Cons
1. Deducts 10% amount for every month and you will get this amount as bonus after completing 15 months in company.. You will not get your amount if you leave company before 15 months. 2. Leave policies are very bad.. no any leaves in probation or in notice period not even emergency leaves. Only 1 leave for a month will be added in account.. no any other leaves. 3. Workload is too much you need to work for 12-16 hours for most of time.. 4. No social life because of heavy work load. 5. Most of time you need to work on Saturday and Sunday also.. There are no any comp. off 6. No referal bonus or any other bonuses. 7. Notice period is 2 months
