Good infrastructure, good backend team, great ambitions, Table tennis room

Worst work life balance, no proper KT given to anyone by anyone, very poor implementation of the projects, no clients, CEO comes up with new ideas every time and changes the present ongoing projects or totally scraps it and new one will be starting and it's an infinite loop in this company. Unnecessary hiring of interns with no proper plan and work, and then they expect interns to work like experienced full time employees since day 1 with 12 hours in office along with weekends. No proper knowledge on what is the goal and how to implement it yet need the deliverables in unrealistic deadlines. No job security as they fire employees with reason and save few waste candidates who do politics and no work but blame the ones who do the work. Every year 2 times we see firing and then hiring interns in place of experienced employees. No proper management team and CEO himself don't know what should he do to get into the market.
