Pros

The people at Mobovida are all highly driven to succeed and are very intelligent. Conversations in the office always focus on the facts and the facts win arguments. I've been here over 2 years and have very rarely seen people's egos get in the way of doing what's best for the company. Game cube and xbox in the break room is also awesome!

Cons

Our drive to succeed and hit sales numbers can occasionally lead to long hours, especially on days leading up to big holiday weekends.

Pros

After a couple of horrific experiences elsewhere, it's amazing to work for a company where people care about their employees and are transparent about how things are going in the business. They've been in business awhile, but a sudden growth is meaning you're getting the startup feel. Executive level management takes our comfort and satisfaction very seriously and they are amazing about letting people know when they're doing a good job. If you're a hard worker who can wear multiple hats, but also be laid back and take some very constructive guidance, you'll thrive. If you're coming in thinking you know it all and don't need to grow, you don't belong with this culture and will leave bitter. (Like the people below probably did). I adore this place and how easy it is to talk with anyone at any level of management about your thoughts or concerns, and that they will actually take the time to sit down and work through it all with you.

Cons

The only real con is how crazy far I commute to get in, which will be changing. After that I'm pretty sure I'll be completely satisfied. Anyone who can't handle the changing dynamic of a quickly growing company might have troubles, but for those of you who love the startup feel you'll be excited about everything going on! (Also, if you're not great at Mario Kart you might come back from break with a bruised ego. Fair warning.)
