Pros
My years at Moburst will always be a huge part of my professional growth. It’s one of the few companies that manages to scale rapidly while still maintaining a genuinely human culture. Looking back, there are a few things that really stood out to me: • Weekly global syncs — this might sound small, but it made a huge difference. I’ve worked at companies where departments operate in silos and leadership keeps information close to the chest. At Moburst, transparency is part of the culture. The entire company comes together weekly, and you always have visibility into what’s happening across teams, clients, leadership, and the business as a whole. It creates a real sense of alignment and trust. • The people — from leadership to colleagues, there’s a strong sense that people genuinely want each other to succeed. Despite the company’s growth and impressive client roster, there’s still a family-like atmosphere that never felt forced. • HR that actually cares — the HR team, and especially the Head of HR, consistently went above and beyond for employees. Whether it was support, guidance, or simply being available when needed, there was always a sense that employees were looked after as people, not just resources. • Exposure to world-class clients — Moburst gives you the opportunity to work on global brands and high-level projects that challenge you to grow quickly, think strategically, and raise your standards. • AI adoption and innovation — Moburst is genuinely ahead of the curve when it comes to AI. The company doesn’t just talk about innovation; it actively equips employees with training, tools, and access to cutting-edge software so teams can evolve with the industry rather than fall behind it. Most importantly, Moburst gave me room to grow. I joined the company at an important stage in my career and left with experience, confidence, and relationships that I’ll carry with me for a long time.
Cons
Honestly, this isn’t even necessarily a con — but Moburst isn’t for sissies. It’s fast-paced, dynamic, and at times can feel like a rollercoaster. There will be periods that feel calm and periods that feel chaotic. But for the right person, that’s also where a lot of the growth happens. You learn to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and operate at a very high standard. If you’re looking for a slow or overly corporate environment, this probably isn’t it. If you want to grow fast, you’ll probably thrive here.
