During training they preach about how you’ll make mistakes and tell stories of allllll the mistakes they made but watch out because when you do make mistakes at the end of your 90 days you will be let go.

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability.
Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.
Cons
The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
