There's so much transparency and trust accross the company. My manager and other teams also go above and beyond to support me – they really believe in what I'm doing and it shows. They're all in: from customer success, sales, and product being willing to jump on a call with me anytime, to external experts getting introduced to me so I can do my job better. The entire team is just as enthusiastic about what I'm doing as I am.
