Do not work here! This is the most un professional company I've ever worked with. The 'management' is ran like a high school clique. They scam their talent and encourage the 'managers' to take sub par talent just to sell them an over priced photo shoot, and then have an attitude with the talent when they complain they don't get work. As an intern you'll be excited to the file room which is an archaic system and complete mess. If your lucky you'll be in the booking where you call the talent for castings. The bookers only submit the same ten or so talent so you'll get to know them, some of them are nice. The booking room however is a den of gossip and badmouthing. All the 'team members' will be nice to eachothers face and then talk about eachother behind their backs. It's such a negative environment to be a fly on the wall. The thing is, when you're there they'll try to brainwash you into think that this is a great place to work when for most of them they've never even worked at another agency. Once I got out of there and did other internships elsewhere I realized that nothing they do is orthodox and real agencies don't fuction that way.
