Decent pay (above minimum wage) and opportunities for advancement if you work hard and stand out from the crowd. Provides relatively flexible scheduling so long as you inform your manager two weeks ahead of time of your needs.
Cons
The work is highly repetitive. Having a good group of co-workers can help break the monotony somewhat, but that will be dependent on your group. Older job seekers should also be aware that most of the Sales Associates tend to be teenagers, so if you dislike working with teenagers this is not the job for you.
