Pros
Nice work environment, Close knit group, Get to travel
Cons
No work life balance. Average employee makes about $45 a day, working 10-12 hours, 6 days a week. Most employees quit, turnover rate is horrible. You get stopped by police on occasions for soliciting without a permit. Business model as a whole is a scam for rich to get richer. They belittle you as their way of motivation. Favoritism and lies are prevalent within the business. Your weekly check will never be what you expect due to outstanding fees, with-holdings, and taxes from office. You are obligated to pay for gas, other people's lunches, you pay for new hires' training wages(about $25 a day from your pocket and $25 from regional manager). There are plenty more cons I'm sure someone else will mention.....
