Pros

There are still a handful of competent, hardworking people who try to keep things moving despite the environment.

Cons

The company has real, persistent operational problems leading to growing frustration across teams. Instead of seriously addressing these issues, leadership appears far more focused on initiatives that are disconnected from actual work. It becomes difficult to ignore how much time and attention is spent on things that do not improve product quality or execution. Meanwhile, the problems that directly affect day-to-day performance remain unresolved or are barely acknowledged. This imbalance affects morale and productivity. Many employees are left feeling like the organization is more interested in projecting a certain image internally than in fixing the issues that actually really matter.
