Horrible company culture - Operations Modern Fertility Employee Review

The team and founders really really care about women's health, working for strong female leaders is refreshing. I like to work on these types of problems, it makes the world a better place. The work itself is engaging. The company priorities are clear and I am empowered to make decisions. The Ro comp is higher bc they are a bigger company.

It is very busy all the time. I wish they had more learning and development resources. It is a fast pace but fun.

- tons of smart people - work on interesting projects - benefits are really good now that we are part of Ro. - lots of people think we are a cool company - awesome customers and brand

- high anxiety organization, likely because one of the founders has high anxiety so it’s a trickle down. She is a great person besides this. - lower than average pay. - unclear roadmap or next set of projects creating org spin - low moral since we keep missing goals or thrash on undefined projects - not enough credit to the people doing the work, but that can be commonly found at start ups
