Well, you get an ISTC badge...

Cons

Communication between mechanics and admin are at its worst. Won't pay you what you deserve (you're lucky to get $14/hr). Too many safety hazards and doesn't do anything about it. OSHA would shut that place down in a heartbeat. No respect between 'the man' and the mechanics. Considered a 'revolving door' company because of the rate they loose employees. Forget taking off because family is in hospital, you'll get fired.

bonus every week you show up on time and are there everyday with no accidents

Cons

everything else, they say after 90 days you get rolled over from the temp agency to the company with benifits i know people that go over a year and never get rolled over. they treat you like crap and upper management likes to hire their friends who have no clue what they are doing instead of qualified individuals.you never know what time you are getting off until the end of that day and you never know ahead of time if you work saturday or not
