Great people from owner down. Has a big family feel to it. Managers genuinely care for employees. Starting pay is not bad and the option to work overtime is abundant. The ability to move up is there, if the work ethic and attitude is right.

Company has had it struggles in the past but has had a lot of forward momentum as of late with very good managerial hires and the signing of new clients.
