I work directly with Santino Filipelli, Owner/CEO and he is very involved with every aspect of the company. It makes it super easy for anyone in the company to approach him and ask questions/relay new ideas.
The company has a great culture and everyone gets along/helps each other out with real estate transactions, showings, etc. It is a unique community that you won’t find anywhere else in this industry.
The company has a unique model that support both new agents and experienced agents in the way that they need it most with mentorship programs for all gent types.
There are a plethora of ways to continually learn about the industry with weekly classes and sales meetings. I am continually learning from these classes.
