Toxic work environment - Bartender Modern Restaurant Group Employee Review

Two owner of the three owners are toxic and look the other way on to many things. Staff gets angry at each other very easily. Managers are not mangers. More like whipping poles, most will let you fry. Owners didn't want you to have a life outside of work or any other part time jobs.
