Friendly and fun and nerdy work environment. Lots of co-teaching to make sure that students get attention paid to them. Good lesson plans and flexibility to serve the students. Really good benefits. Work-life balance is great. Reliable co-workers.

Unclear path to move up/career advancement. Some classes physically far apart from each other. Sometimes difficult parents/students.

Great leadership, unique and well-planned classes and teams to teach and coach across grade levels, and generous, kind coworkers. There are a lot of opportunities, and they'll absolutely let you try something new, so it's easy to create a work schedule that works for you. Really enjoyed working here and would return.

Sometimes the class sizes were a little off—too small or too large for the activity/subject—but they were generally well-distributed.
