Pros

You get to choose how you make your impact and how you spend your time. As a place to work - it’s making a difference in the energy space. Bringing forward the transition by having more low carbon flexibility is something worth working for! There’s a culture of feedback and this is routinely asked for and given. Management is very open with information and context on the business & im informed about what we’re doing next.

Cons

It helps if you enjoy energy markets, SaaS concepts or battery storage if you’re going to work on content or new products As a start up, there are goals that we need to hit & that means having to work hard. So if you’re looking for an easy ride this probably isn’t for you.

Pros

Mission-driven: The company is genuinely shaping the energy transition and working on problems that matter globally. You feel your work has impact. Smart, driven people: The team is full of ambitious, collaborative, and talented individuals who raise the bar every day. High-performance culture: Expectations are high, but that creates real opportunities to grow fast, take ownership, and deliver meaningful results. Transparency & trust: Leadership is open about strategy, funding, and company direction. Feedback culture is strong, and decisions are explained clearly. Exciting growth: The company is scaling internationally (US, EU, Australia), launching new products, and building out functions—so there’s lots of scope to step up. Flexibility & autonomy: Clear outcomes matter more than rigid processes. People are trusted to get the job done.

Cons

Pace & intensity: The company moves very quickly, so it’s not the right place if you prefer structure, predictability, or a slower rhythm. Still scaling: Processes and structures are being built as the company grows, so you need to be comfortable with ambiguity.
