Pros

1. On Time Salary, 2. Sometimes a handful of decent students.

Cons

1. A Hypocritical Contrast Between Glamour and Barren Wasteland:- Inside the gates, Mody University is nothing but a breeding ground for pretentious elitism. It’s a comfortable sanctuary for the daughters of the wealthy orthodox class, parading their so-called sophistication. Outside the campus? Prepare for a cultural vacuum—a desolate stretch of land dotted with a few substandard food stalls. Welcome to your intellectual desert, where anything remotely progressive dies in the scorching heat of mediocrity. 2. Toxic Work Culture: A Cesspool of Mediocrity:- If you're looking for academic integrity, turn around. Mody University’s faculties, Deans, and HODs are the living embodiment of backstabbing politics, poor command over English, and gross incompetence. Particularly noteworthy is the Dean of Liberal Arts and Science—an egomaniac with a penchant for fraudulent publications and hollow research. His expertise? Posing for photographs, of course. It’s no surprise that intellectual bankruptcy and unethical practices rule the day in this institution. 3. A Den of Mediocrity Masquerading as Academia:- From top to bottom, the university is staffed with shallow, uninspiring individuals who masquerade as intellectuals. The Dean, the faculty, the management—everyone excels at mediocrity, holding onto their positions only by sheer inertia. The longer you stay, the more intellectually bankrupt and barren you become. Mody University is where passion for your subject comes to die. 4. The Shawshank Illusion: A Hollow Infrastructure of Oppression:- Don’t let the fancy infrastructure fool you. The glamorous facade is nothing but a shiny cage—a Shawshank-style prison where your intellectual freedom is shackled and suffocated. Behind those pristine walls lies a vacuous institution that thrives on repression and control, where creativity is systematically crushed. 5. A Death Sentence for Non-Vegetarians:- If you value your dietary freedom, Lakshmangarh will feel like a death sentence. The tehsil is run by stingy and aggressive Marwaris, always on the lookout to make your life miserable—so much so that they’ll sniff out an eggshell from your trash just to ruin your day. The miserable vegetarian food devoid of onions and garlic is designed to keep you repressed, both physically and mentally. Living in Lakshmangarh means regressing to a pre-modern era. You’ll feel like a caveman trapped in the 15th century, thanks to the utterly dreadful food available. As for the hostel food? Equally atrocious. The strictly vegetarian meals ensure that students are denied the most basic culinary pleasures. It’s not just about controlling your diet—it’s about repressing any biological or mental urges you may have. 7. An Autocratic Farce of Education:- The educational experience at Mody University is nothing more than an elaborate charade. The departments are hollow, and the faculty are little more than placeholders. With only 4 to 4.5 months of actual classes, the rest of the year is reserved for faculty exploitation and pointless grinding. The so-called academic rigor is nothing but smoke and mirrors—a tragic display of autocratic repression disguised as higher education. 8. Destroyer of Creative and Intellectual Ambition:- If you have any hope of pursuing English Literature here, abandon it. Mody University is a creative and intellectual graveyard, perfectly engineered to crush your passion and lower your standards to unimaginable depths. Enter at your own peril—you won’t leave with anything but regret.
