Not what it once was, not in a strong position - Sales Moen Employee Review

The politics run rampant, and favoritism is unparalleled. A few great leaders but in general they are self engrossed, poor leaders and egotistical. What once was a great place has seen a mass exodus, and is no longer doing the work to be a market leader. The multiple org restructuring has been poorly executed. Also huge lack of diversity.
