There is plenty of opportunities to travel to different systems around the world. In support you can look how the systems work so it can give you an idea on how to support a certain system. Good flexibility as they introduced flexi time. This seems to have worked well as we can finish at 3PM on a Friday. Which I like is the reward and recognition for hard work. It may seem that they don't notice but they do. They love staff who is hard working and willing to learn. This helps acknowledge strengths and weakness you may have which will help you to what your ambitions are within the company. They care they have for there employees is fantastic, if you are willing to work hard they go above and beyond.
