In a nutshell, everything bad you can think of happens in this company. The positive reviews probably are posted by someone who was paid off by the promoters. Details: Wow, let's get to it then. No policy, everything written under the garb of policy is a hog wash. Forget about getting salaries on time, that will just not happen. Sometimes your fixed salary will be linked to variable sales you make in a month. Oh and variable is never paid out. The product, nobody really wants it in the industry, and most of them know it is quite bad, you basically learn to cheat. Huge egos of both the employer and some of the employees who work there, they think they are demigod. Goals are a whim of a joke of a CEO, whose typical sentence has more f and c words than probably anything of consequence. To be honest you can get more sense out of a 6 months old toddler. Full and final never happens, it is an amount you pay (read: that gets confiscated) for taking the relieving letter. Fire threats are common motivational tools. You will kill your career here, I do not know anyone from a good college who stayed here more than 7-8 months. Take your call. Above feedback is as honest as it can get. P.S: one star because you cannot submit without a rating.

No pros at all. All the negative reviews are already there and I know they are all genuine former employees who are so upset with this company and its culture that they wrote all those negative reviews. All good reviews are written by the promoters especially by Tanya Goyal.

Working in mogae media will be a waste of time and experience and there will be nothing to learn. They will not give you a work experience certificate when you leave because they will stop your full and final under a nonsensical garb of outstanding collections just so that they can then enjoy that money on their holidays. There is no product or business in this company. All media releases about mogae's next ventures are just plain show off with nothing to substantiate with.
