Pros
Staff are all kind and friendly. There is a lot of effort put into structuring communications, i.e. planning meetings, coordinating communication with clients between team members. Staff members are all very good with active listening, and understanding when errors are made.
Cons
Because the work load often outweighs the amount of people that work there, sometimes there isn't enough communication in projects where it counts. This mostly affected me, who was in more of an assistant role rather than one of the designers in a project. I am also someone who prefers as much in-person or informal interaction as possible, because I find it hard to interpret the tone of messages sent in text.
