      Good PTO, diverse, animals are a huge plus

      Cons

      Accountability and fairness not existent They keep a couple of really awful people employed likely because no one else wants the job. Two ‘leaders’ there have made more than 20 employees quit… yet they’re still there.

      Non-profit work pays less than for-profit work, and it can be draining dealing with Animal Welfare.
