Many friendly, talented staff. Pay can be good, but not a fair or level playing field in that regard.

The company had a solid foundation but a few bad apples at the top of the ladder lead to many poor investments. Capital and personnel were spread to thin, to much investment in some really risky internal and business development projects. Multiple rounds of layoffs for the past 2 years have kept morale incredibly low.
