Compensation is significantly lower than market rate. No benefits (insurance, 401K, PTO, etc) or perks. Only low pay. Activities include tasks that are not in the job description. Psychotic employees. No management to speak of - crisis to crisis direction. Ownership is clueless in how to run a business in the U S. Ethics and integrity are foreign concepts here.
