Pros
great pay, good benefits, flexible schedule
Cons
If you've don't have prior experience with sales I would say this job wouldn't be for you. They say they will train you but the training didn't really teach me anything that helped me build my territory and generate leads. If you don't reach the number of enrollments monthly you are labeled as low producing and upper management pays no attention to you. I asked for a new clean table cloth for when I am tabling in the community because mine had stains on it that would not come out in the wash. They told me its not in the budget. When I put in my 2 weeks notice, they almost immediately sent me a "employee resignation survey" and with 6 days left of my 2 weeks notice they cancelled my access to all the systems I would need to use if I were to help a consumer in my last days with the company. So I basically got paid for a week and did literally nothing, so they have it in the budget to pay me for a week that I am not contributing to the team but they didn't have the money to get me a new table cloth. That's the logic of this company.
