There are culture and values along with"no retaliation and no harassment" policies, however there is also no one to take your concerns to that is non-biased. No one to handle the work place bullies or hold management accountable(HR?conflict resolution?) They let the repeated problem people carry on for too long. They do sneaky lay-offs. The internal job posting seems good except, if you apply and you meet all the qualifications your manager or others can block you! They will let you apply to several positions, maybe even on your team or department and will not let you transition or go to another position. Management will not even tell you the reason they need you on the team and won't let you get hired on another team.
