The new owner is greedy and money hungry, taking advantage of long time employees and treating new ones like dirt. This used to be a great family oriented company to work for. This is no longer the case since Julian Jr. took over.
Taking away coverage of travel expenses to increase their overall earnings, reduction of coverage on necessary work expenses overall.
No one in the office ever answers the phone, the shipping department constantly messes things up and has no accountability for their screw ups and it never changes.
They no longer want to provide company phones and expect you to use your personal phones for work related use but don’t want to reimburse for it.
I often work 60+ hours a week and I’m incredibly underpaid for all the work I’m doing to earn them money. Sales of most items have little to no room for commission.
