Pros
-Unlimited PTO - Sick Pay - Free Snack Room/ Coffee - Great office atmosphere - Fun co- workers - Flexibility Community Brands is a great place to work in Southeastern CT. After coming from a variety of other jobs, CB was definitely a breath of fresh air. I really respect CB's awareness that we all "work to live", not "live to work". Their flexibility and understanding of everyone's personal life and that "stuff comes up" is unmatched in my opinion. The company provides unlimited PTO, a large amount of sick time as well as an array of national holidays. The office environment is also great. Everyone is super friendly and likes to keep the atmosphere casual.
Cons
-Work can be monotonous - Training could improve Like every other company, there is always room for improvement. Will they hold your hand every step of the way during the on-boarding process? No. But on the flip side, management is always willing to answer questions- you just have to be proactive and ask!
