2020 was full of big changes and a lot of people juggled multiple responsibilities. I think there were places where it took longer than it should have to get a position approved or new people hired. Quite a bit of that was in marketing. I'm really sorry where that impacted you and created a lot of stress. I'll take your feedback to heart and check in with our marketing teams to make sure we've got enough help. I also get your comment about executives - some of that was to make sure we had the people who would ensure we have the right tools, right onboarding, and resources.
