Pros

Brought food into the office for commuter workers.

Cons

Account Executive are set up with no immediate accounts. The training involves you onboarding yourself through watching past videos that are not always helpful to your actual role. Inbound leads are supposed to be round robin however, it didn't appear that wasn't happening. Your monthly and yearly goals are forever changing and not given to you in writing. No real diversity at the division I worked at.

This begins with providing managers with comprehensive onboarding tools, including checklists and plan templates. Additionally, our new hires participate in initial training to ensure they’re acquainted with the many resource channels available. We also encourage open dialogue between employees and their direct leaders, the Human Resources team, or the executive leadership team to foster transparency, address concerns effectively, and explore possible solutions together.

Micromanagment, lots of decisions being made at the leadership level without thought to how it affects the org as a whole
