Flexible schedule since agents set their own working hours. Opportunity to learn sales, communication, and insurance industry basics. Supportive team culture in group calls and training sessions. Some people who are highly motivated and comfortable with commission sales may do well in this environment.

Independent contractor structure means agents typically cover many business expenses themselves (leads, licensing, office supplies, etc). Income is commission-based, which can make the early stages financially challenging for some people. Frequent meetings and outreach expectations may require significant time commitment. Conferences and travel events are encouraged and generally paid for by the agent.
