Leaving out the population served. None offered by company.
Cons
Significant turnover. All situations are trial by fire. Lack of adequate training. Severe staffing shortages. Management is Unresponsive and apathetic to staff concerns. Least employee friendly company I’ve worked for in 20 years. Work expectations are HIGHLY unrealistic, will offer you a second home to manage, without significant increase which is physically and mentally impossible due to operating model. Expected to be on call 24/7–365 with no alternative backup as an option because you’re a salaried employee. Work compensation does not meet minimum Cost of living standards. Work life balance is NON- EXISTENT!
