Given autonomy with good management, solid thesis informing the company's mission, enriching/stimulating environment. Great work culture.
Cons
If you aren't used to a fast paced environment or are afraid to work a bit harder than you would at the average job, it might not be for you. (Any startup is like this though, so it's not a real con.)
