Pros
Awesome people that will keep you entertained for days. Were still relatively small so everyone knows everyone. Its like a big family here and we actually have nightly catered dinners that everyone eats together. Kitchen is fully stocked with drinks and snacks, both healthy and unhealthy (they even cater to Gluten Free, Vegans, Vegetarians, pretty much any food preferences are welcome). The company does a good job of taking care of its employees when there in the office. Also, one block over is food truck central on Pennsylvania Ave., lots of other companies around so tons of trucks come daily for lunch. And let not forget the beach! Its so close by and Santa Monica is a great city with tons to do! Dog friendly office (which is awesome)!
Cons
Parking is a few blocks from the office but its assigned spots and free. Long hours (so only consider working here if you believe in the company and are willing to do the work).
