Pros
The people who work here really are what makes this place amazing. Not only are the people in production (engineers, artist, QA, etc) great people, but management is equally great and sometimes moreso! When it comes to companies, you don't often hear management is doing a good job. But here, management may not be PERFECT, ofcourse, but they are balanced in their experiences, people skills, and getting things done while showing results! Company is also growing fast, but it is not an out of control growth. They really care about who they hire. So there is great people, free food 4 out of 5 days of the work week, extra food sometimes if people are crunching. Great benefits. And people have opportunities to move around or get promoted! Company is dog friendly too!
Cons
Santa Monica is expensive to live in!! But, can't really think of much else. I am not a big Apple computer user, and that is what we use here, but that is really not an issue!
